How to Search

The Kompass website is one of the best places to find information about companies and what they do. Stored in our database we have more than 23 million references to the products and services of 2.4 million companies in 65+ countries. There are various ways to target this information using our simple search system.

Search Types

Using one or more search words, you can search by country or region and select from the following search criteria:

• Products & Services – search the comprehensive Kompass product & service categories
• Company Name/Trade Name/Executive Name – search for companies by name, an associated trade name or executive names
• Browse Categories – search the Kompass product & service categories using a step by step method

Advanced Search

As a subscriber, we suggest that you always use the Advanced Search. This enables you to create more detailed searches, which can include several countries/regions and more than one search criteria.
